Poetic-Verses

'' Enough Is Enough ''

As I look to the sky,
Something catches my eye,
What is it, I really don't know,
I will not lie,
But between you and I,
I believe it's a U.F.O.

My God it's landed,
It's being commanded,
By a form of life, I've not seen,
I will be candid,
But not heavy handed,
As the occupants could well be mean.

When they appear,
They ask, where is here,
I tell them, we call this place Earth,
I then make it clear,
There's no need for fear,
They reply, of truth there's a dearth.

We travel through space,
We're an alien race,
To go boldly, where no-one has gone,
It is a disgrace,
The truth we must face,
Is our statement of intent, is a con.

Everywhere we land,
There are life forms on hand,
What we're asking, is who is to blame.
We cannot understand,
Why we're all the same brand,
Why do we all look the same?

There's nobody greater,
He is called, the creator,
He's given credit for all that is good,
Is he but a curator?
Who says, see you later,
We'd love to see him now, if we could.

Wouldn't we all,
Can you give him a call?
I tell them he is constantly engaged,
This doesn't enthral,
What it does is appal,
It just makes them feel more enraged.

Though we've travelled far,
From our distant star,
At times our journey's been tough,
This god thing's bizarre,
To our mystical czar,
We declare,

‘' Enough Is Enough ‘'
