Yes I am surprised I got little reaction to my writings on Assaulting a metermaid. Maybe you thought it was a made up story. it was not. I left it in my past until this current situation. Part of it was because I know the police do overreact. But bottomline I am on their side. What they put up with nightly. I for these reasons did not jump to conclusions immedately without more facts. Coarse I buy my TV's. After some things have come out. I do have an opinion. You see in my case because of my race the Black reporter hearing the Metermaid was black instantly dropped the story. So it did not go all over the media a innocent white man was beaten up by police, and yes there was with guns drawn a chance I could have been shot. What most of the police heard was a Metermaid was missing her truck found empty her no where's in sight. Her voice box turned off.
It was six hours before she was located because she went home with her girlfriend with their shopping goodies on company time. But this is where I have troubles. My wife called hospitals the Police trying to find me. People were out searching. It was not like me not to call or come home. My black Porter friends who saw me leave were the only witnesses. They saw both of us leave and there was no confrontation. Under false arrest the police had no knowledge of my being. Nor could they look for twentyfour hours. Now here is where I am bothered. I look at the current situation. The poor white boy in my mind was meek and mild. The boy I see strong arming the story for his cigar addictions could play offensive line for the Packers. The way he was attacking the store clerk I could see him following a cop into a cop car offering him a cigar. That all being said this is a thing for the Justice system to handle. In my case there were not hundreds of looters on the street instantly rancackting stores. On one hand I can remember police over reaction. I know in my case once I defended myself to relative safety I knew I had done nothing wrong. I also if it is true do not consider strong arming a store clerk half my size and stealing an innocent young boy.I do not know who has read the rest of my story but it starts earlier and it was very real./dandy
