And I think it went well. The judge and I were civil. I let him know right off
This was not all about me. It was about who were the heroes and their rights. That no Veteran should be put on hold for forty-five minutes and told they would be called back, and days go by. Then told by some regulation denied by regulation. Even if they are wrong treated as a human beings and having it explained. I won't get into all that was discussed I can't. I was addressing things that happen to all of us. Was told even by them they were proud I would man up for you. Veterans have to stand up for their rights. One thing I did say if you are going to deny a claim do not do it in a form letter. Man up or woman up in person not just deny in a form letter. We did not send out form letters saying we were going to defend our country we did it in person. I think in the end we understood each other win or lose.
