Help a brother in Christ,
For at times,
I'm like a starving poet.
Dollar or two
Maybe five.

I was taken advantage of
For my poetry book
God's Love
From Barnes and Noble
I never got a dime.
Show a little love,
To a brother in Jesus Christ.

If you can
Show a little love,
Show that you appreciate.
Say that you care.

Some times it ain't easy
To be in my shoes
Some times it ain't easy
To be wondering on
Being concealed by others
And unrecognized

Help a brother in Christ
For at times
I'm like a starving poet.
Dollar or two,
Maybe five.

Do We Know

Sometimes it seems
For some believers
The easy way
Is to say
To the one in need
Let God bless him or her.

But do we know?
That God uses people to help others
And if every person
Walks away
From the one in need
And just say
Let God bless him or her
Yet they are able to help,
Before God they become iresponsible

By walking away
From the person in need
Without helping
Without showing
Any love and compassion

Sometimes it seems it's so easy
To just walk away
And say
Let God bless him or her

But God always says
In the Holy Scriptures
I made you!
I created you to be
A good steward of the earth.
You were created for good works.
So you would walk in them
Meaning
That you should always practice them
The same way
As you are always walking
You are to always practice them

Sometimes it seems
It's so easy to shift
The responsibility
To ignore another in need
To just walk away
And then say to God
Am I my brothers keeper?

Do we know
That God made us
His representatives
His ambassadors
Here on earth

God wants us
To be responsible
God wants us
To care about others
God wants us to represent Him
God wants us to have love

Love is not to ignore all needs
Of the one in need
To just shake their hand
And say
See you next Sunday ok
Your tithe
Don't forget to pay

For Jesus Christ
Set an example of love
With action of sacrifice
The sacrifice of His life for us
So we can be His children
So now as we are adopted into God's family
We always need to truly represent God

With action Jesus Christ showed love
And He wants us
To love others with action
As Apostles John and James say
To love in truth and in deed
For faith without works is useless
Faith without works is dead

We can never please God
With a useless dead faith
But we can always please God
With a useful living faith

Do we know
That God made us
His representatives
His ambassadors
Here on earth

God wants us
To be responsible
God wants us
To care about others
God wants us to represent Him
God wants us to have love...

Ephesians 2:10 (ESV)

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Matthew 25:14-30 (ESV)

14 "For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property.

15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.

16 He who had received the five talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more.

17 So also he who had the two talents made two talents more.

18 But he who had received the one talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money.

16 By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us,
and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.

17 But if anyone has the world's goods
and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?

let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

James 2:14-26 (ESV)

14 What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him?

15 If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food,

16 and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and filled," without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that?

17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

18 But someone will say, "You have faith and I have works." Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.

19 You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder!

20 Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless?

21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up his son Isaac on the altar?

22 You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by his works;

23 and the Scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness"—and he was called a friend of God.

24 You see that a person is justified by works and not by faith alone.

25 And in the same way was not also Rahab the prostitute justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way?

26 For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so also faith apart from works is dead.

I have not received one cent
From the damnation companies
Lulu, Barnes and Noble.

I hope you go out of business,
You and every other company,
That practices business like you.

I thought it was just Lulu publishing
An evil conspiring company,
But I guess Barnes and Noble
Is just like them also.
You both disgust me!!!
Talk about organized crime.

They sell your product
Keep your money
Show zero in reports
And ignore you
Or they show it in their reports
And still,
Just keep all of your money.

The evil audacity
Of these people
Is just unbearable
To the full capacity of reality.

How much more evil can some people be?
Have all the money in the world
And yet take away
The very little that the author has.
The hidden evil in that
Is just too overwhelming.

May God pay you back
According to all your evil
May you all reap the wrath
Of the Living God.

Literally
I have not received one cent
From these damnation companies
Lulu, Barnes and Noble.

I hope you go out of business,
You and every other company,
That practices business like you...

Hebrews 10:26-31

26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth,
there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,

27 but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries.

28 Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses.

If You Love Someone

If you love someone
When there is a need
You help that person
If you never wanna help
When you are able
Than you don't love

And if you don't love
A brother or sister in Christ
Than you don't love Jesus Christ Himself.
For He said,
You gave me water to drink
When I was thirsty.
Saying that with action
The people cared and loved.

They asked
When did we do that?
He replied
When you did it to the least of my brothers
You did it as unto me.

If people don't love each other
A brother or sister in Christ
If there is a need
When they are able
Than they don't love Jesus Christ Himself.
For He said,
You gave me food to eat
When I was hungry
Saying that with action
He was cared for
And with action He was loved.

They asked
When did we do that?
He replied,
When you did it
To the least of my brothers
You did it as unto me...

43 I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.' 44 Then they also will answer, saying, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?'

45 Then he will answer them, saying, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.'

46 And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."

If You Know Someone In Need

Christ loved us
He gave His life for us
Heavenly Father loved us
He gave up His only Begotten Son for us,
And raised Him on the third day.

To love someone
Requires action
Not just empty words
For words without action
Are just empty words

If you know someone in need
And walk away
Without at least offering to help
Do you really think
That you love that person?

If you know someone in need
And walk away
Without at least offering to help
Do you really think
That you have love?

And we are taught to love others
By Jesus Christ
When people say I love you
But I don't like you
That is the most bizarre statement
A believer can make.

Because if you don't like someone
Then you will not help that person in any way
And if you don't show through action
That you love someone
Then you don't really love

So you are breaking
The second commandment of Christ
And therefore also breaking the first
For if you loved God,
Then you would also love others as yourself.

1 Corinthians 12:29- English Standard Version (ESV)

29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles?

30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues?

Do all interpret?

31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts.

And I will show you a still more excellent way.

What apostle Paul is saying in the verse 30 above
Is obviously that not all will speak in tongues.

Yes we all should desire, but not all will speak in tongues.

Only as evidence of being born that one time

when you are baptized in the Holy Spirit

And than it's up to the Holy Spirit

To assign each of us a gift.

So we should ask for many gifts
and also have love.
