THINKING BACK

Photobucket

SOME DAYS ARE LONG AND EMPTY
WITH NOTHING MUCH TO DO ,
I THINK OF ALL MY LOVELY FRIENDS;
 AND OF COURSE, I THINK OF YOU

WHAT WOULD WE DO WITHOUT FRIENDSHIP.
OUR LIFE WOULD BE EMPTY IT'S TRUE
WHEN YOU'RE NOT HERE, I DRAW UPON MEMORIES,
OF TIMES I SPENT WITH YOU.

WE USED TO HAVE SUCH GOOD TIMES
WHEN WE WERE YOUNG AND SPRY,
BUT NOW AS WE GET OLDER,
THEY'RE SLOWLY SLIPPING BY.

BUT, NOW I SIT AND REMINISCE
ABOUT THE THINGS WE'VE DONE.
I WOULDN'T CHANGE A SINGLE THING,
DIDN'T WE HAVE THE FUN?
