and autumn is her name©
It seems
we're headed for a fall,
our summer dreams
gone to sleep y'all.
But the beauty
shall not rest,
for you and me
have a new quest.
To touch the colors clear
that God provides autumn,
so much to see here
missing out would be a sin.
For fall will soon retire
making way for winter snow,
it's like God and nature conspire
to give us an endless show.
For then the birds will sing
cause the flowers start to bloom,
the celebration of spring
again for summer,fall and winter
will make room!
