I'm a poet
so don't have a fit
when i use my wit.
I write from my heart
it plays a big part
right from the start.
But my imagination
often comes in
to not use it a sin.
If you don't like what i write
i don't wanna fight
especially out of spite.
For it's my right to say
what i feel along the way
on any given day.
My imagination is vivid
and may leave you livid
but i won't keep it hid.
I won't change MY poetry
just to make you happy
so just leave it be.
I just hope what i pen
makes you smile instead again&again
with a score of ten.
Cause a poet's heart shines
when 1 can read between the lines
and nobody sits and whines!
