A very classy lady to say the least,
another to fall victim to the beast.
Death on the celebrities has taken its toll,
so many we've lost it just up and stole.
Some so young like this lady,
but at least from suffering she's now free.
Chronic Leukemia took quite a hold,
but Thank God acting was
in her blood too so vibrant and bold.
Jill Clayburgh we celebrate and salute,
for giving leukemia a what for
20 years you gave it the boot.
But you could no longer fight,
you're at peace now it's only right.
We celebrate your charm on the screen,
so sorry that lack of time came between!
