No i will not heal in this lifetime
days go by there's more despair,
cause my partner in living and rhyme
can't hold me when life isn't fair.
Tho i see him everywhere i go
it's just a painful reminder,
that his special touch i need so
in this life will not occur.
I'm terrified of all things now
even the quiet i once enjoyed,
the only thing that makes me smile
is knowing heaven awaits to fill the void.
Hopefully the promised land
will soon be welcoming me,
with my true love i'll walk hand in hand
where i'm meant to be.
My special angel will say my name again
in a whisper so very sweet,
but only when i get to heaven
w/magic my heart'll have rhythmic beat!
