Mourner Vacation©
Today July 22nd at 3
he'd start his vacation....
the whole time here with me,
till aug.1st my most special one
would get a break from a job well done.
But God Love Him if normal weather
he'd be out in the yard getting it together,
i still see him out there though
when i look out the window.
He was so cute doing his thing
oh how it made my heart sing,
now for me all it can do is cry
it holds him but i can't hold that guy.
With any luck in this heat i'll keel over
then i'll be in clover,
we'll have OUR well deserved vacation
can't take the heat....
from heartache exhaustion.
His birthday,our ann. and christmas
be soon i can't face them without that kiss,
i'm just gonna crawl in a hole
and wait for God to take....
away from here my lifeless body and soul.
When i get up to heaven i'll be again
just as i was when we met back then,
only this time he'll never....
be out of my arms or my sight
for thru eternity i'll hold him tight.
