lonely keeps me company©
I've been asked this many a time
so i'll answer it in rhyme:
No family i'm in any way close to
nothing with friends i want to do,
i'd be lost in a crowd any day
cause Faron's not there to smile away.
I'm not lonely cause of no concern
i'm lonely cause he's not....
physically there at any turn,
but i still see him when i'm asleep
and when awake the visions sweep.
Visions sweep thru the house....
that once was home
now just a house w/my memories alone,
i don't want to do anything without him
it's not a life it's just a sin.
I merely exist till i don't anymore
what happens next i can't be sure,
this is something i'm sure of
i've been more than blessed....
by My Angel From Above.
Without his kiss i'm lost+lonely anywhere
i want to reach out and touch....
his body but just a memory's there,
he was so romantic and sweet
and could always sweep me off my feet.
Even when an argument he'd start
1 look at him i'd be saying i'm sorry....
cause he melted my heart,
now my heart is broken in many a piece
as long as i'm here....
that feeling won't cease.
I'll never again on earth be my happy self
that's reserved for him....
on my heart's shelf,
so there you have it in a nutshell
i'm living a nightmare....
yet i've died a true story i tell!
