This world always and now to a great extent
Has programmed us to worry ever so it's true
It seems when we have nothing to worry about
We tend then at times to worry about that too
It seems a secret plan of in life negativity
To have us always in life be aware of stress
And if we combat this by using a little effort
In our lives we could all be so very worry-less
Some in life do have so much to worry about
To really worry so in their lives it's true
But worry it does grow so within our minds
As in life more often worry it well will do
Best to think more so of the good times been
And precious souls in life we've known it's so
Doing our best to think of happy times that were
And one might find some of that worry might well go.
