born to dream©
Born blessed with eyes
full of wonder
beauty saw thru me.
I could feel life
breathing without end
i was sustained.
I could hear sounds
not yet words
i was hanging on.
Suddenly i was grown
full of wisdom
it was powerful.
But i still felt
something amiss
i had to find.
I hit roadblocks
along the way
but kept going.
I was learning
that up ahead
was awaiting the answer.
The answer to why
i was born
was to live a dream.
I came upon
a man full of life
but wanting more.
We came together
we were completed
it was worth the wait.
Now grab on tight
to love
and don't let go!
