Lovely Time®
Oh what a dream
we lived every single day,
a rainbow in-between
on it we loved to play.
Girl meets boy and away they go
in a world all their own,
off into the sunset glow
happy bluebirds roam.
But i awakened to find
that our fairytale,
on earth ended how unkind
now only memories prevail.
I'm sick and broken ( 'd)
beaten black and blue,
if only i hadn't awoken
it would still be coming true!
