Each Day
Each day that I can spend with you
my heart feels so much joy
And when we laugh and talk
it's hard to let you go
I too long for the touching
I long to make you sigh
I long to caress you while sleeping
I long to make you feel so high
I know that I am loving
the friendship that we share
And wanting to have you with me
is an honor I must bare
I long to feel you close to me
taste your breath upon my skin
I long to touch and kiss for real
I long to take you in
And no matter what I must go through
no matter the cost or the pain
I do this because I'm in love with you
and believe I've always been
We deserve to know that feeling
of holding each other through the night
we deserve to know true happyness
for the rest of both our lives
Trust that I'll never leave you
no matter what in pain I say
for to live my life with out you
would turn my world to grey
I need to have you with me
and I know when you are near
not in the sense of space and time
our connection is deep and clear
I love to read your heart Dear
it's really just like mine
And I await the day Love
when we can spend our time
Together in precious moments
together in quiet times
together with each setting sun
I'm blessed you're a friend of mine
Just know that when you think of me
I'm thinking of you too
and I will savory each moment
getting closer to me with you
