Taken For Life

Taken once more and it's no surprise
Gone since I first looked into her eyes
One glance into the windows of her beautiful soul
And just like that my heart she stole
Taken the first time, I tried to resist
I will not go silently I had to insist
Taken a second time and that with no clue
Those eyes pierced my soul all the way through
Taken for life where she leads I will follow
My guard I did drop, my pride I did swallow
My heart I did give, along with a ring
Sealed with a kiss and a song to sing
Now she is taken to be forever my wife
And I am taken to a whole new life
Together we are taken to happiness and love
A perfect fit, like hand and glove
Since the first day her eyes danced for me
I have been taken away completely
