You Inspire Me
You inspire me to do better,
to improve myself and my life.
I've never been a go-getter
but you've really changed my mind.
I'm trying my best to work hard,
but it's a struggle to save money.
Though some day I plan to move out
my family doesn't see that day coming.
I want to do things for myself.
I've got to learn how to be independent.
I've always been filled with fear and doubt.
All my life on my parents I've depended.
But since I've met you I have changed.
Someday I want to move where you are.
I wouldn't want it any other way,
with you I want a brand new start.
Because you're the only one
I want to be with, there's no one else.
You're my one true love
with you every day would be an adventure.
To look into your eyes every day
and be in your arms every night,
that's what I long for and pray
because being with you feels so right.
You inspire me more than you know.
Your love has made me a stronger woman.
Darrell, you own my heart and soul,
because you accept me just the way I am.
With you I feel I can achieve all my goals,
no more doubts thanks to you I know I can.
