I wish, that i could fast forward, and this over weight could, just be gone
when i see other people carrying, all of there extra weight on there body, i know they feel so wrong
Its as if you walk around with a ball and chain
carrying your extra weight around heavily the same
I know how it feels, when you-walk into--a room, and you sense that at you people-- look-down- and-stare
it feels- hurtful, and you-know to yoursef its just not fair
When you carry all of this extra unwanted baggage and over weight
you know and-you realize, that your very own life living and love, you strangle and suffrocated as your living and fate
Its just an unfair-- disposition, that many of us--have to bare
the slow-- metabolism, with easy instantly, weight gain, just is not fair
For--those who have no probem at all, in gaining even one pound
they are the ones most guilty looking--at others over weight and fat, as being so--unsat, ugly, overweight and out of--shape- and lazy-- profound
So if this is you,
as it is-me too
Just gotta take the bull, by the horns--, and start a new
you just have to pace yourself, knowing that your health is your wealth, and be patiently the best you
We all wished,
quickly, and instantly, this overweight problem, once and for all, that we could just-- end this and erase this
But its a life changing battle
You gotta be patient--, and commited complete and full
The road is not short, but is long and narrow, and thin
but with the right attitude, being around a support system, of people who understand you, applaud you, compliment you--, inspire you, not shun you put you down, your support-- system will-- help motivate you will-- help you slow but sure, make the healthy changes that you know you must sacrifice-- and do, to achieve your--victory- and make it happen, and victoriously--- win
