I am trying to stay focused, on my goal
i know, that i have my, positive, momentum--and- that im on a roll
I know, that progress, its very slow
i know, still ahead, on this road, that i have a very long, long way yet to go
I am trying, my best, to stay focused, on this goal
gotta stay motivated--, dedicated, determinated, and focused-- complete, and full
I gotta quickly, pick myself up when i get discouraged, upset, and down
i just cant let myself, down, to feel sad or frown
Just gotta, find new encouragement, and hope, with each new challenge, of every hour of everyday
just have to hold onto faith, keep hope, as i go along, this journey, on my way
im trying to stay focusd on this goal
and i know, that this challenge of weight loss, is having on me, an exhausting toll
But, my momentem, is set in cement
i gotta keep pressing forward-- cant let nothing, slow-- me down, hinder me, cause me trouble, scratch-- me or cause me, setback, failure or dent
I know, that i have come too--far, to crash my car
i need to stay focused, on this goal, to get in my best health and shape, and loose all of this over weight, i have -come--this far
But, as with me, as with many, with there weight loss, we have been up and down, up and down, over and over for so many a time
if loosing all the overweight and then gaining it all back and more, was punishable, BY--LAW--, we--would be in jail, doing time, for gaining all the weight that we--- lost-and be charged ----as a crime
As i know, that this is--my-- challenge,and-i-know,for -many---others,as well-- and my dilema that i have to face
i am trying my best to stay focused on--- my weight loss goal, am on a positive roll,----------- will be four months now, -------very soon, just gotta stay focused, and on a positive roll, and keep up the pace
