There is no greater glory, in a persons life, than that which, they win, by there, own hands and feet
When a person, sets a goal, and reaches the finish line, of a race or a meet

When they develop, self character, self accomplishment, and self respect, by competing in a race, and doing there personal best
The feeling of greatness, enables a person to feel there very best, when they accomplish   There, mission, and quest

Self character, is developing, confidence in yourself, with what you worked  hard for, and accomplished with  a job well done
from,a swim, bike ride or a walk and run

When you develop self respect
the pride of ownership, is greatly felt, when you train hard and consistently, thouroughly so,--
to finish your race is what you, expect

Self character, self accomplishment, and self pride, 
these characters and traits you aquire, when you compete, with your own, hands and feet, in a race, or a meet, with victory, undenied
