So its now AUGUST
so im here now, and am up early as usual, but am FOCUSED, POISED, and not in a HURRIED, RUSH
So with my MISSION, in my HEART, and MIND, my BODY, and deep down to my SOUL
for now TODAY, ever since the 17th OF--DECEMBER--2015--i, have been ON --a --POSITIVE--ROLL
Im an EX--MARINE, with a twenty year career, i have loyalty-- and-- discipline-- of --a--MANY
but after i RETIRED, in 1995--with depression, my weight ballooned up to a high point of --404--POUNDS, i hate to ADMIT, so i have fought this- battle -won -and- lost so much weight over these years of PLENTY
But i was always proud, and still am today
that i have never smoked one cigarette, took a drug, or had any, alcohol, at all of any sort, --and to others Honestly SAY
But i hurt my health by gaining and losing so much weight everyday
and now, im focused, my heart and mind, is set in stone, and to REACH, 199--and lower, and be in great health and SHAPE-- nothing can stop me hinder me, hurt, or harm me, for i have my MOMENTUM, my MOTIVATION, my IRON--WILL, and ny faith , in my life living, and--LOVE in our LORD--and- im on my WAY, and FAITHFULLY, with every single breath that i take, every single STEP, that i MAKE--i --8HUMBLY--PRAY--and--PRAY--and--PRAY, for--GOD--to--guide--thy--WAY
