Today, at my doctors appointment
pretty good it went
The lady who works in the labs, she saw me, and she said is that you,
you look like you lost HALF, you look good, what did you do
So when i went into the labs when it was my turn for the blood draw, i told her, im gonna give you a hug, and she smiled and hugged me tight
her compliment, felt just right
Then i saw my doctor, and its been, more than a year since i saw him last
a lot of time has passed
But i explained to him, my MISSION and my QUEST
and he didnt agree with my extreme methods, but i could see he agreed with that, now- i -am -at -my -very--BEST
So IM glad, i finished my appointment, and it felt good, to see my--PROGRESS
now i have this accomplished, and will continue my MISSION and my QUEST, to be at my very BEST
Today, at my doctors appointment, the doctor said, i have PROGRESSED, and have come a long WAY
as he said to me, CONTINUE your ROUTINE and PROGRESS --SLOW--STEADY-- and-- EASY--EVERYDAY
He said, , its not good to lose, the weight too fast
because, it will come back, and your PROGrESS wont last
For the past four years, my doctor, has seen me spiral-- down-- so -so--LOW
he has seen me, totally disabled,- and -morbidly -obese -and -out- of --CONTROL
So finally-at-my-doctors--APPOINTMENT--TODAY
it felt very great, to see him SPEECHLESS, and IMPRESSED--with-my-PROGRESS- in --EVERY-WAY
I told the doctor, on the 15th of december i stopped taking my every med for ----good
i told him to take another pill, for anything, that im finished, done and over with it, and i never again ---would
Now he knows, what i have been up to, and where- i -have -
been
and he can see, the method to my madness, and my MISSION, and my QUEST, to be my very BEST, as im doing it then
