Coffee and me
lately the past few days, is becoming a routine once a day to be

I have had more coffee, i would say, in the past two weeks, than i have had, all of my life, sixty years long
i use to love to drink SODAS, juice and any sweet drinks, but coffee, on my wish list, just never ever did, belong

I always --loved,--LOVED --sodas of each and of every kind
no matter what--- FLAVOR, ---i could drink, a two liter, bottle, all by myself, i didnt mind

So drinking, a hot coffee, with some cream and sugar
fills me up quicker, and is better for my health,-- im --sure

I am not DIABETIC, anymore
and i never had that problem--in the MARINES--before

But when i retired and started working, day in day, out night and day, with no break or-- vacation --in --site
i gained and gained, alot of weight, and to lose weight, became a struggle and unbeatable fight

But i think of late, coffee is alright

As it perks me up with delight
