As im here RESTING, im COUNTING my EVERY, life, living, and LOVE, BLESSING
I dont even feel like speaking aloud, a word so im hush, dont feel like getting up in a rush, dont even feel like gettin up and change, clothes and a --DRESSING
im just gonna take this morning, all things kinda very easy and SLOW
As im not really feeling so energized with getting up so early as usual,, with my daily get up and GO
MY energy level, it feels kinda LOW
so im just gonna move along this early morn a kinda slow. With a slow easy ROLL
When --i --was--a--MINNESOTA--outdoors--adventurous--little--atheletic--BOY--then--in--junior --and --high --school,-- and --as--a --MARINE, --and --younger, --id --get-- up --on -the --ready--set--and--GO, --move--in--the--groove--exercise --and --RUN
quicker than the sound of a --GUN
Every morning at PT
we exercised before the sun came up, and were so exhausted already to start the day, HAPPY
When you awake and immediately EXERCISE
so much energy zest and happiness you give to yourself you will be SURPRISED
When your up, in the crisp early MORN
cool and cold, shivering, and not very WARM
But once you begin to exercise , sweat move around and RUN
when you finish your exercise you, are on the top of the world, and your day already has been accomplished and your, as good as DONE
Exercise is rewarding and FUN
most especially, the high feeling of accomplishment that you get and achieve once you are successfully ---complete ---and--- DONE
Before you go to SLEEP
when you set a goal to yourself , that when you awake, you need to stay persistant, consistant and with discipline,-- stick --to --it -As--a--PROMISE--to--yourself---and --KEEP
Some people can wake up, and they hit the road a RUNNING
the great distances of physical exercise and feats is astonishing and impressive and STUNNING
Talk to an athlete who is training to run in a triathon and COMPETE
it is just so amazing the great sacrifice strength stamina-and endurance that they endure swimming, running, bikeing, minute by minute hour by hour day to day week to week, to train, run and finish a TRIATHON, so great and ELITE
My ---MISSION---GOAL-- and --my --QUEST-- is --that --to --BECOME--and--BE
but--- as ---not--- of ---yet,--- as ---this ---early ---morn, ---I'm--- just---maxin---and---relaxin---, and ---counting ---my ---blessings,--- slow ---and ---easy --and---CARE-FREE
