It was a crisp winter day....
My Father lay in A coma
His body so close to letting
Go of his spirit...
The respirator kept him alive..
I had to respect his wishes...
By the light of dawn his Angel
Came to lead him...
Home!
A Man So pure in love, strength and
Compassion, fought in two wars,
I have his medals, apart of him remains.
His honor is valued, and lives on...
He has given his best, but for now
He has found: Rest!!
(I Miss you, Dad, Your loving Daughter)
My Father lay in A coma
His body so close to letting
Go of his spirit...
The respirator kept him alive..
I had to respect his wishes...
By the light of dawn his Angel
Came to lead him...
Home!
A Man So pure in love, strength and
Compassion, fought in two wars,
I have his medals, apart of him remains.
His honor is valued, and lives on...
He has given his best, but for now
He has found: Rest!!
(I Miss you, Dad, Your loving Daughter)
