When somebody does you harm, and wrong
you distant yourself, because near them you don't feel that you belong
When somebody disrespects you , upsets you
something inside you turns off --because you LOST-TRUST-in, them too
When TRUST is astray adrift and LOST
really , communication, truthfully and honestly is ceased and TOSSED
Your communication becomes precise--on--point-- exact, --fact--and --very--sky--HIGH--protected--and--guarded
as to be ambushed disrespected shuned and made to feel less than,--that's enough--SAID
So back to the same old same very well known and perfected. Game
to, stay very reserved, as not again to let another make you feel less than and become unnerved, the exact shameful same
But with guard up sky high
Something, deep, inside of me ---ONCE--AGAIN---has --died
With focus drive commitment motivation and resolve
my health fitness and wellness will continue to strive, thrive,---S-U-R-V-I-V-E----and-----successfully----EVOLVE
One day, really when I----EVOLVE--and--become-my-GREATEST--and--very--BEST
people will look at me better, and treat me with dignity and respect and disrespect, me--less
With that all said done and over and gone
a, person never can forget against them all what ever happened and every disrespectful, wrong, ---and---a person will always sing joyfully just like a loving beautiful song bird, where they--feel loved respected cared for and shown care compassion, consideration, understanding, dignity heart and appreciation, admiration and a deep deep love and respect, a---HEART--KNOWS--WHERE--they--can--be--themselves--and--SING--happily--joyously--freely--sing--but-a-song-bird-has-no-voice-sound-or--tune--when--they--feel--they--don't--BELONG---they-shut-down-without--sound---in--reserved--protected--guarded--silence--with----no---FREE--communication--OR---SONG
