Today--it's the 17th of--DECEMBER
and for-ME--two, years ago TODAY, my, Mission, quest and Goal, began--and--I--REMEMBER
So,--THIS--moment, on this 17th,of DECEMBER--I'm pausing,reflecting ,and,-- PRAYING
as--a--New, goals--------ON-------- I will be--STAYING
For, me the first year, a one-hundred, pound loss I ---ACCOMPLISHED
and the second year now end I have remained the same without any GAIN, but to now push a little--HARDER--with, consistant--movement, and more exercise, is --my--mission,quest,goal, and--WISH
I -had -hoped - and --P--L--A--N--N--E--D
To have my goal wight of --180--here-and-now-where-I--STAND
But the past four months has been a challenge, for--ME
and to hold my--weight--at--236--I'm trying to stay, and--BE
I am Dissappointed, I'm not--180--where, was ---MY----GOAL, and--PLAN
but here I go--ON-- a new --mission, goal, quest and--Plan--to, accomplish, this --GOAL, and---I-KNOW--THAT----I----CAN
So, to --preservers---,BE ---persistant--, and---BE---PATIENT---and--really----BELIEVE
that step, by step, when any ---GOAL---, is set--you, can, and ------- WILL--------SUCCEED-------and--------ACHIEVE
Sometimes --the, roads,----IN---our life, living, and--LOVE--gets a little rough and bumpy along the --W--A--Y
but if thrown off track,---GET, BACK----and-with,-------- POSITIVE--M-O-T-I-V-A-T-I-O-N---------believe--in--YOU--and--to, thine, ownself , stay true--and faithful, hopeful--and--PRAYERFUL---and------Lovingly--STAY
