Nations Sight

Acts of valor begin to rise and soldiers cast a light from their weary eyes.
The fallen are carried from the field after cannons long last have yielded.
Do they gather son's of war, to mend the spirits bruised and torn?
Do they lead their vessels shell away from war's gates of hell this day.

We can not hesitate, their families sadly waits to know of their loved ones
solemn fate.
Placing flowers on their grave their valor now remembered by the Nation's
Freedom their lives have saved.
Yes, a Nation's Freedom is not measured by just the fight it is often weighed
By the quality of a Nation's  wholesome sight...
