Jesus on Board Luke(8:22-25)

So what if the wind howls, let the waves rage
Let the thunder roar and the lighting display
If the water swallows the deck up to your neck
At some point they are all put in check
I'm not sure if they know, or if they are aware
But on board, down below, Jesus rest there
And if He is at rest, and I rest in Him
I already know how the story will end
We just need to be sure Jesus is on board
A trip without Him is a trip we can't afford
If our path leads to a place He wouldn't go
The whole world can say yes, but the wise say no
But if He should set a course for the gates of hell
Get your house in order and prepare to set sail
Sometimes we get a little shaken and stirred
And the sea gets a little rougher than preferred
The tide gets high and the faith gets low
There is only one thing we need to know
I am in Him and He is in me
He sent me here so it's where I should be
Let us cross over to the other side of the lake
His wish is my command, that's all it takes
When He said us, that means He goes to
So His protection is in anything we do
There was safety standing on the shore
If Jesus left it's not safe anymore
Where is your faith, I can hear Him say
The winds and the waves have to obey
I can do all things with ease
And you shall do greater things than these
You can do all things through Christ
My blood on the mercy seat paid the price
All is redeemed, all is restored
All is well with Jesus on board
