The road that is longer is probably the road that is right
The road that is darker may seem worse than the light
But the light can blind you and you may not see
Making your own light in the dark is the way to be
The road that is rocky is hard to get through
But you feel much more accomplished when you do
If life has always been easy then troubles when they come
Will make you question the path from which you came from
Sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do
To make it to a place that we feel is true
Take your time yet don't let time be a waste
Pack a bag for yourself just in case
It's better to have and not need then to be unprepared
It's also better to be with someone then be alone and scared
Plan a head yet live in the now
Life will happen no matter if you bow
