The valley sleeps in winter's stay
when snow displays
Hills and mountain peaks,
Whispers as scenery speak

Pines and churchyards gleam
When moonlight streams
Children laugh and play
In an old festive sleigh

Horses make their tracks
Bells jingle there and back
Solace fills the air
Then laughter sparks it's care

Stars entrance the sky
With a watchful eye
The symmetry of village homes
As sleigh and horse pass by

May peace and warmth
Fill the season
