In a wold of so much woe
There's little to thrill a soul
It's in our faces all the time
Day and night In life as we go
If not for sport closest friends
Life would be such woeful hell
If not for some or a laugh a joy
A life of worry need a soul tell
We tend to always frown of life
Religion politics help not anymore
In conversation on the T V news
As if life is not hard that's for sure
Bush fires floods Droubt name it
On top of daily life so many know
Always trying to make ends meet
More so of late it seems as you go
We all step in to lighten the load
Seems as if one just cannot win
Fighting oncoming woes always
While so many preaching of sin
The need different winds to blow
Both rain and sunshine true as well
I feel so very bad and not only sad
Souls working hard life of late a hell
Forget praying expert advice the likes
The answers are not coming to the fore
Un needed all this is what all should do
Nobody seems to know not anymore
But what I so admire all of the time
Very few quitters to be found in life
The lists of those doing all they can
To fight always its seems oncoming strife
