I Know, That I Know
I know my God is bigger than any problem
I might face, I believe his arm is not
Shortened, that it cannot save
I'm confident in his steadfast love for us
I know by his stripes we are healed, yes
I know, that I know, that I Know
Yet I weep, not for lack of faith, not because
I'm weak, simply that I'm a mother and my
Child has been given troubled tidings
I cry out to the Father In the darkness of
A cold dark morning, I plead for my child
As Mothers have done through the ages
I remind God of his word, I quote his promises
In his presence, I find blessed assurance, for I
Know, that I Know.
