CAUSE TROUBLE

JOY SUN

DEDICATION

For Cause Trouble. I still love her.

I don't know what is not sweet to man. Faeces is also sweet according to witchcraft. Cocaine is also sweet. I am thinking of another one. Mostly, the notion of sweetness is borne on the wings of commitment to help achieve sad dissatisfaction  instead of its reverse. Well, I knew a beautiful lady by the name Cause Trouble at a place called Sand Harbor. She was a raped and overly abused girl in her teens, when the Nigerian Civil war of the 1960's was folding up. She had been captured by Nigerian soldiers from the Igbo land but had found herself in Calton where she was abandoned. She took weeds, all kinds of drugs and was now in her fifties but could not lose her beauty. What she did was to sell Canteens to have sex with other women's husbands, then beat their wives up. But she was too beautiful. I often wept when I saw her innocency. Then, one day, as staggering as it was, in her fifties, she was interested in me, a twelve year old. I just figured my evangelistic skills would work. I prayed for Cause Trouble. She repented, wept bitterly for a long while after I presented the gospel to her and began amending her ways by apologizing to those other women. Shortly after, she died and bless God she's in the heavens! She got saved without the "obvious".
