What a comfort to know, nothing
Escapes the Almighty's eyes
He feels our every pain, sees
Every tear that falls, Jesus will
Wipe them away, one bright
Beautiful, day, no pain ever again
Until that time, our flesh must
Suffer the consequences of
Man's disobedience, still the
LORD comforts us in our dark
Days, He gives us strength
To face uncertain times
He leads us safely through
A dangerous, sin sick world
And keeps a blessed watch
Over our slumber, we rest
In peace knowing, His mighty
Hand is ever near us, The
Almighty, never slumbers.
