From my mind
Just Open Your Eyes
How can you say you are unhappy
How can you say you are sad
Just look at the gift God has given
And you should be happy and glad
When you open your eyes in the morning
And you are about to start a new day
Take a long look in the mirror
Just whisper these words and say
I have got eyes that I can see with
I have got ears that can listen and lips that can tell
A brain that I can think with
Arms and legs that work as well.
Just open your eyes and look around you
At the things that are sent from heaven above
A world that is so full of beauty
A wife and family a home that is so full of love.
