You were born September 5th,1971...
You weighed 7pounds,12 1/2ounces
and was 21 inches long.
It's ironic that 32 years have gone by,
Yet I remember like yesterday ,you were the apple
of our eye.
I can remember your favorite dessert was
Hawaiian delight, and green beans you would
spit out and then just cry.
You didn't ever want your Mommy out of your sight.
I remember a song titled "Honey" by Bobby Goldsboro,
You played it and cried over and over.
I also recall your favorite all time movie was "E.T."
Oh my goodness...you cried all the way home from that movie!
The group K.I.S.S. then became your fave, guess they'll
be long after I'm in the grave.
I never approved of them and hoped it wouldn't last.
The years have flew by fast.
Now...our time together is a thing of the past.
You're now a Father of a daughter and son.You have a talent of an artist,
Yet you chose to be a brick mason.
Hard times have changed your once soft heart,
Perhaps things will get better and you'll
get a fresh start.
May God watch over you and yours.
Always remember...although you're grown,
You was and always will be my baby boy.
With Love... from the depths of my heart,
I write you this poem. ~ Love; Mom ~
