AFTER THE WAR

Photobucket

The raging war was over
But no one
Was happy still.

Cannons-
And gunshots
Faded in the wind.

Only the dead trees
Were left forlorn
In the battlefields.

The innocents-
Drowned into the mire
Of uncertainty.

Everything-
Was Misery
In the making.
