To Love Someone
To love someone
you have to know how they are.
To love so strong
you can only feel it in your heart.
Love comes when you least expect it,
but it doesn't happen in one day.
It takes time to feel it
you don't notice it right away.
You can't tear someone from your heart
from night to day.
You don't fall in love so quick
unless you want to play.
It's not right to use someone
just so you can forget.
You really think you're tough
by paying back what your ex did.
To love someone
you feel you never want to be apart.
To love enough
you feel it grow inside your heart.
Love can come from who you least expect it
but maybe you can't see...
It will take time for you to get
but fate will let it be.
To love someone
take it slow day by day.
To love someone
never use them to forget.
