Rhymes of the Heart
NANA 5!
I am sure if you are a member, or just joined in september, then you've encountered at least once or twice
A sweet and loving mother, a housewife or a lover, who is always extremely nice
Her poetry she proudly doubts to having a shred of clout, but can turn a poem into a song
To think who she might be, though some may never see, she would never do any person wrong
Now a lot of you might say, and say it every day, that she's no more special than you
Oh, but that is where you're wrong, with faces oh so long, you just don't do the things she can do
She'll tune to your site, leaves feedback that is right, and never once complain
When a silly fool, does things that is not cool, like trying to bash her name
Though some may criticize, we know they are not wise, but she is a winner to most by far
She puts a smile in written words, that we have always heard, like speed within a car
Now I could go on, the list is very long; this poet is still alive, so there is no need to eulogize
For those who do not know, then let the record show, we all call her “NANA 5”
Written for another very special friend who has shown me nothing but kindness and love since the day we exchanged feedback. Debbie this one is for you!
