Diamonds and DandelionsGod gave us diamonds and dandelions , To show us treasures and simple pleasures are here to find. Like the stars shining on the water, The fragrance in the winds. God shows His beauty with each treasure He lends. From stars that always shines, To diamonds and Dandelions. God gave us simple pleasures. Such as a friend to find, God gave us simple treasures, In the beauty of a Dandelion. A diamond is like the sparkle in the eye, or the stars in the sky, When they sparkle I see why, God gave us something to measure love by, The simple treasure seen with the heart not the eye In loving times.
