She might not know it yet, but this poem is for Nana5, who I guess is a bit of a fan of mine... she's left me some really good feedback and in one of them she mentioned her Grandson Jason and... well, this is for him as well I suppose! sweetypea

Is it ok,
if I comfort you today?
You've been looking down for a while,
and though nothing I can say,
can make the hurt go away,
I know just how you're feeling so I'll try anyway.
Because you just need to know,
that even if it can't be seen,
love doesn't have to be seen to grow,
as long as you can feel it,
don't ever let that feeling go.
And when it feels,
like there's nothing you can do,
you only need to know that...
please just know that...
I will always believe in you.
As long as there is love,
no sense will be truely deprived,
Put love in the place of that which was denied,
and let him have the love in your eyes.
