NIGHT OWL
Who, who
Stays up all night
If they don't have to
Then sleeps away the light
The night owls do
They're on the hunt for peace and quiet
To ascertain their day
Without the noise and all the riot
Of going other peoples' way
At night the air is fresh and cool
To breath it deeply is not taught in school
Only the night owl knows the quiet of the dark
It's gears are turning as most are stuck in park
Such a bird has to reflect
Express it in a hard copy
When to fly stick out that neck
Just write it neat or very sloppy
Tonight this night owl's up to be
He soars from his tree to find
The one's that are sleeping peacefully
Are all that flow to his mind.
