Ending Your Life
You feel your life has you tied like a rope
and you start to think just end it all,
there's just one way out
you know what I'm talking about.
But that's not going to help
It only makes things worse.
I know because that's the way I felt
I thought of ending my life
Throwing it all away.
I thought of using a knife
to slit my veins.
I thought it was the only way
to end all the pain.
But I understood on time
that there's only one life,
and when I'm gone
I can't come back
just think of that.
You have to learn to fight
nothing is worth ending your life.
You feel weird and so out of place
you feel you don't belong.
You feel the tears streaming down your face
when everything goes wrong.
You don't know who you are
you feel like a stranger.
You feel there's no more hope
that's when you know you're in danger.
Don't hide the hurt you feel
that only makes the pain worse.
Put down the gun or knife
There's not a second chance at life.
You can't come back
when you're gone ,
so please think of that,
just try to be strong.
Know you're worth saving
Don't give up, keep up the fight.
No matter what you're facing
It's never worth ending your life.
