THE RICH WANT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING

He wants me to tell him of fantasies
Fantastic dreams in this ever-thinking frontal lobe
Or what I might do when I am alone
And possibly lonely for a man's touch

He wants me as his concubine and is not willing
To pay the price it costs for one
He likes it when I tell him secrets
Keeps me as one and thinks it's fine

He wants me to not eat food
When he is an agronomist
Out there teaching the world to eat it's share
He only wants me to eat his protein

He loves me he says and I wonder
If he lies because love requires helping
Love is God and visa-versa and love feeds me
It feeds the birds and they won't starve this day

He has passion for me and I wonder
How long before his desire dissipates
When I am dead and gone because of no support
I have given to him mentally for a decade plus

He is in a place he wants to be
He could find a woman there
I am here in financial straights
And not good enough for his charity.
