 STRUGGLING CREATURES

Upload music at Bolt

Creepy crawlers on your floor,
do you watch them as they roam,
or do you stomp them with your foot,
thinking you've actually done them good?

Maybe it was meant to be, you say,
so I ask you, why it should be that way?
a creature who knew not where it led,
is now no longer to you a threat?

We too are like creatures crawling,
knowing not of what may lay ahead,
should someone stomp on you,
will you survive to feel the pain?

Struggling on one side, then the other,
you turn around to sooth yet another,
thunderstruck in a cycle of battling,
searching shelter from the lightning.

We should nurture existence without battle
tis like leaving a baby with no rattle,
for, should you choose to abandon,
your pain will be nobody's gain!

Let a helping hand be your gain,
and not a struggle to force the strain.
