Heart Of The Matter

Invited To A Party

I was invited to a party,
A very swell affair,
Was asked to come and photograph,
The rich and famous there,

I set off bright and breezy,
My overnight bag packed,
I had my badge with press pass,
But confidence, I lacked,

I checked into the hotel,
They showed me to my suite,
The bathroom with a bidet,
A place to rest my feet,

I lay upon the king size bed,
And had a little snooze,
And when I woke, I had a look,
At the cabinet with the booze,

I had a little tipple,
To try to calm my nerves,
I made way to the dining hall,
Where dinner, they would serve,

I saw the rich and famous,
Yeah, Posh & Becks were there,
Thought I'd died, and gone to heaven,
When Sir Sean, came down the stair,

I thought that I would go for it,
Impress him with my charm,
He looked at me quite sexily,
And gave to me, his arm,

And quietly sneaking to his room,
The promise of some passion,
He expertly, undid my zip,
In typical, James Bond fashion,

He held me tightly in his arms,
He was playful as a pup,
What happened next?
You'll never know,
Because,

You woke me up!
