Changes are to come
Rise and be positive
people do say
come leave the darkness
come walk this way
Oh, but to see the rainbow
ahead
see the shining star
over my head
Not so easy to glimpse
though now
but I know that it
will happen somehow
In this darkness in life
I will not stay
I will escape it, but just
not today
I know I am close, as
thoughts in my mind
full of possibilities not
past distant binds
I can glimpse rainbows
sunbeams and rays
Oceans so big, I stand
in their waves
I can feel sunshine warm
on my face
Living my life in my own
special place
Yes, it is nearer, I realise
this now
I don't need anyone to show
me just now
This is my destiny
pre written fate
for many years I have stayed
here in wait
The big dark clouds move
I stand now before
light indescribable surrounds
me now
I stay in darkness just for
a while
till fate asssures me it's
my turn now to smile
