Earths natural recycolisation
It has its natural cycle too~
Both these things earth has all on it's own
Always did before the like of me n you~
Cycles that move around and around
Just as they always have done before~
Earths crust has been wiped clean I feel many times
Destroyed many times has earths floor~
We humans I feel just a phase upon earth
Not all that long in earths history since we began~
And always earths clock of recycling has been ticking away
As only it knows how and can~
If we humans think mankind will live forever
Than I feel that we should really think again~
Climate changes and all of the natural rest
Has always been and way before our rein~
But if we were to show any at all appreciation
For even being at all this time~
We should concentrate more on cleaning up our own mess
And to have earth more as we found it ever divine~
But no .... The experts they know it all
Like children that just can't be told~
There'll be a day one day up the way
Thanks to them when the story of man will be old~
If half the money was spent maintaining our home
Instead of floating in space off our face~
And cleaning up our own backyard first
We just might save this human race~
Like children in lower school some act the fool
And instead of learning that class look ahead~
Trying to be the smartest one ever free
And eventually failing lifer's exam there instead~
We have a planet of our own which we call our home
And if we treated our computers this way~
Or maybe our car then we would not drive far
And end up complaining thus so on the day~
But the powers that be will have their way don't cha see
And meanwhile they blame one another~
But it won't be long and they'll sing earths oldest song
And earth will be reborn by its natural mother~
Recycled again will earth be it is plain
We might have a million or two~
In the form of years but from common sense peers
I take it from them that its way few~
And then around the block is somewhere out there a floating a rock
So I live one day at a time~
But recycle earth will and it will until
We humans take a step back some and tow the line~
