Heart Of The Matter
They Dance Around In Circles
They dance around in circles,
No fear of letting go,
The questions need no answers,
They both already know,
The beat, the tempo changes,
They settle into time,
Past pain now pledged to memory,
Distant and sublime,
Subliminal the signals,
That dart from eye to eye,
They dance around in circles,
As stars fall from the sky,
And dizzy from the spinning,
They hold forever tight,
The question needs no answer,
On this, their wedding night.
